Project Description

This project involved a wide range of cladding, facade, and cavity firebreak works, all executed to the highest standards of workmanship and specification. The goal was to deliver an ultra-modern, visually striking building with an emphasis on both aesthetics and safety.

For the cladding, Kingspan K-Roc Karrier panels were chosen, providing superior insulation and structural strength while contributing to the sleek, modern appearance of the building.

For the rainscreen and soffit elements, a variety of panel types were used, including Taylor Maxwell Anvil Castellated panels in differing finishes, offering a dynamic and visually appealing texture to the facade. The Taylor Maxwell Anvil IPSF Interlocking Plank panels were also incorporated, providing an innovative, high-performance system. Additionally, Pictura fibre cement panels were utilized for their durability and versatility, enhancing both the aesthetic appeal and functional performance of the building envelope.

To complete the striking visual appeal and ensure the structural integrity of the building, a variety of copings, cappings, louvres, and flashings were meticulously selected and installed, adding detail and refinement to the building’s exterior. These elements not only improve the visual quality of the building but also provide essential protection against weather and environmental factors.

The result is a contemporary, aesthetically pleasing building with a focus on high performance, safety, and long-term durability.
