What information do we collect?

We collect names, phone numbers and email addresses only if you complete a contact form to send us a message. We only use this information to reply to your message, this is stored on our mail providers servers and we have checked that they are complying with all the latest rules regarding Data Protection.

When do we share personal data?

Where do we store and process personal data?

All data is stored in the Data centres of our service providers. This may include some locations outside of the EEA. Whenever this maybe the case we have ensured that any service provider we use provides an adequate level of protection as required under GDPR and only transfers data to locations offering an adequate level of protection.

How long do we keep your personal data for?

We do not store your personal data for any longer than is necessary to resolve the matter about which you have contacted us. Once the issue or query has been resolved any email correspondence is deleted from the local machine and the servers of our service provider, unless there is a legal reason for us to keep the data longer.

Your rights in relation to personal data

Under the GDPR everybody has the right to:

  • correction and deletion of the information held by us
  • withdrawal of consent to process their information

  • restrict or object to the processing of their data
